Just high enough to create that authentic dark chocolate intensity, but mellow enough to allow for rich, fruity notes to come through in the cup, its a beautifully flavoursome blend for true cocoa connoisseurs. To concoct the perfect cup, heat 200ml of whole milk in a pan, and melt two tablespoons of chocolate flakes into the mix, stirring as you go.
