This lengthy ageing is usually something only the luxury cuvées can afford. But Heidsieck & Co. are known for combining top-quality fizz with value. The long process means the rich, toasty, creamy flavours are dialled right up. It’s lemony and perfumed, with a really lush texture and a long finish.
