Nyetimber\'s head winemaker, Cherie Spriggs, was the first person outside Champagne to be awarded ‘Sparkling Winemaker of the Year’ in 2018. She\'s devoted to impeccably high standards at each stage of production. Nyetimber Classic Cuvée is made using the same ‘Traditional Method’ as Champagne, and it’s been known to outperform the finest Champagne in blind tastings. It has a stream of fine, delicate bubbles and flavours of toasted brioche, golden apple, honey and sweet spice.
