When Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber and his friend, Paul Archard, wanted to cut back on milk waste from the family cheesemaking business, they took inspiration from ancient Mongolians – and decided to distil it. And the UK’s first pure milk vodka was born. Sip it straight for a full appreciation of its flavour: smooth, creamy and full-bodied. Or stir it into a Martini or Bloody Mary.
