Dark Matter, made in Aberdeenshire, is Scotland’s first rum, produced since 2015. It\'s distilled carefully, then infused with spices from around the world – Oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries and Thai green peppercorns . It’s anything but dull – punchy, slightly sweet with a seriously long finish. It shines when mixed with ginger beer. Try it stirred into your favourite dark spirit-based cocktail, such as an Old Fashioned, too.
