The growers behind this wine move through the vines, twisting the stem of every other bunch. This stops the grapes from further ripening, so they dry in the warm wind, resulting in maximum flavour. Its\'s a big, plush, velvety red full of ripe fruit flavours like cherries, raspberries and redcurrants. Fantastic with a robust meaty stew.
