It\'s from the Douro – a hot, dry region best known for producing robust, full-bodied wines, including Port. So how is this wine so light, crisp and refreshing? It\'s down to winemaker Luís Sottomayor. He carefully chooses grapes from high-altitude vineyards where the temperatures are cool and yields are low. So vines produce grapes full of freshness and intense flavour. It’s full of tropical and zingy citrus flavours. Something this refreshing and aromatic cries out for grilled octopus with chilli and lime.
