Our Germany buyer Holly spent many months looking for a dry German Riesling before discovering this example from the small family winery Peter & Ulrich Griebeler in the Mosel. This wine is crisp and elegant with notes of ripe apple, peach and apricot. A perfect balance between rich fruit flavours and refreshing acidity with just a hint of minerality on the finish. A great food wine this will match with salads, fish or lightly spiced meat dishes.
