Biodiversity and conscious farming are key at Cono Sur, who were one of the first producers to be certified as carbon-neutral in Chile. Every worker uses a bicycle to zip around the vineyards, which are dotted with solar panels. And their most effective pesticides are flocks of free-roaming geese. It\'s a win-win situation.
