If you love lush, fragrant white wines then this an absolute must-try. It’s rare to find such great Condrieu-like flavour that’s also such great value. It’s made by a Languedoc specialist. They know how to get the very best out of their sun-drenched vineyards, in the shadow of the Pyrenees. The sun concentrates the flavours in the grapes to incredible intensity. The wine’s then aged on its lees (spent yeast cells) which give it a really rich, creamy, mouth-filling texture. It’s incredibly lush. Packed with apricot and peach flavours – it’s got a lovely almondy, sweet ginger spice which is seriously moreish. Delicious with a creamy curry.
