What\'s made there comes in a range of styles (usually marked on sweetness) but almost always has a balancing acidity that\'s a treat with cheeses or lightly spiced Asian foods. To capture the best of the region, we went to Ernst and Thomas Loosen, whose ancestors have made wine here for over 200 years. They haven\'t disappointed. It\'s off-dry, crisp and zesty.
