Here, the acclaimed Pio Cesare winery make this exclusively from hand-picked grapes on family-owned vineyards. It\'s aged in oak for 24 months and is savoury, juicy and remarkably fresh, with firm, chewy tannins, intense notes of ripe red fruit and a full body. James Suckling gave this 2016 vintage 92 points.
