Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
The postponement of Wimbledon 2020 left a lot of grade-one strawberries uneaten. 122, 000, to be precise. So Sipsmith used them to create this wild strawberry gin. It has notes of (you guessed it) fresh strawberry, citrus and mint. Mix 50ml with 10ml dry vermouth, 10ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, an egg white and muddled strawberries for a Wimbledon Club.
