Alvaro Palacios is one of Spain\'s finest winemakers. This is a chance to taste his expertise at a reasonable price. It\'s a blend of old vine Carignan and Garnacha grapes picked on steep Priorat slopes. Expect a ripe and concentrated wine, with velvety notes of black fruit, firm tannins and hints of spice. Decant for an hour before serving at room temperature with slow-cooked pork.
