This organic Pinot Grigio was lovingly made by Federico Stella – a gentle giant who knows how to coax the very best from his grapes. These grapes come from 25-year-old vines, and they\'re handpicked in the cool of dawn to preserve the aromatics. All that work pays off. It’s a deliciously crisp wine with a moreish citrusy zing. But thanks to Sicily’s warm climate, it also has riper, peachy flavours and a fragrant, herby aromas. Delicious with freshly caught seafood.
