Inspired by the intoxicating aromas of Parisian patisserie shops, it\'s been partly aged in American oak, and partly in Sauternes sweet wine casks. The finished product is a toasty-sweet medley, bringing to mind flaky croissants, crème caramels, lemon cream, nutmeg and almond.
