Fans of aged spirits will love this rich and fruity whisky. It\'s matured in American bourbon barrels and finished in Premier Grand Cru Classé red wine barriques from Bordeaux. It’s the pinnacle of the distillery’s range for good reason. Expect flavours of cooked raspberries, warm spice and rich caramel, a result – along with that barrel aging – of the distillery’s unique methods. Water is sourced from the Paps of Jura, the island’s highest peaks. Meanwhile, some of the tallest stills in Scotland are used to produce the spirit. You won’t find a whisky quite like this anywhere else.
