Domaine Les Yeuses is a family owned estate that\'s long been the favourite of Majestic staff and customers alike. It was initially built by the Knights Templar on the site of an old Roman villa. Today the winemaking is in the hands of Magali Darde, who earned her stripes in Sancerre. Colombard is one of the most planted grapes in France, and today forward-thinking winemakers are using it to create fresh white wines. The inclusion of Viognier in this blend brings flavours of apricot. And the practice of picking the grapes later adds a honeyed quality.
