With more than a hint of Bordeaux about it this is a ripe yet savoury and elegant effort. On the palate it is rich and has lots of depth, huge flavours of cherry, coffee and chocolate are underpinned by ripe tannins and good acidity. This would be ideal with Sirloin steak and chips.
