Heidsieck & Co. founder Florens-Louis Heidsieck had the tall ambition of creating Champagne fit for a queen. And he achieved exactly that when he presented a cuvée to Marie Antoinette in 1788. The house has been a favourite of many European royal courts and remains one of the most respected Grand Marque Champagnes today. This rosé is an elegant example of their prestige. Expect a floral note of violet, with rich flavours of wild strawberry, raspberry and refreshing redcurrant.
