Domaine de la Genillotte has been producing Chablis since 1972. The family behind it, the Depuydts, remain fiercely dedicated to the traditional side of the region. They have never experimented with oak, shun Premier and Grand Cru vineyards and aim to show the purest expression of its soils. As a result, their Chardonnay remains fantastic value for money. Expect flavours of citrus and white flowers and a trademark acidity that\'s delicious with the saltiness of seafood.
