She comes from a Champagne-making family and is leading the way with eco-friendly practices at the historic Paul Jaboulet Aîné winery. You can taste the prestige in this fantastic Syrah. It has complex smoke, spice and dark fruit aromas, plus hints of liquorice and olive, and a very long finish. Try with braised beef stew or a grilled steak.
