Château de Gléon has plenty of history. It has Visigoth, Gallo-Roman and medieval cultural heritage, and there\'s a 6th-century chapel on site. Today, winemaking is headed by a man who earned his stripes at Penfolds, one of the world\'s greatest wineries. His talent certainly shows in this pale-pink rosé. Expect inviting flavours of raspberry and redcurrant, and a fresh, floral finish. Partner with white fish dishes.
