70cl / 40% - Cold smoked with local Warwickshire apple wood, this is an intensely smoky rum with accompanying hints of burnt treacle and apples. Don\'t let its smoothness on the palate fool you, either: this has a fiery finish, too. An excellent debut rum and one filled with associations of burnt caramel and smouldering embers – things that were, in fact, created when the family\'s barn burned down, an event which inspired the production of Burning Barn\'s spirits.
