70cl / 57% / Compagnie des Indes - This five-year-old rum from indy bottler Compagnie des Indes is a blend from four Jamaican distilleries and was aged in bourbon casks. No caramel or sugar has been added, and the rum has been bottled at ‘navy strength’ of 57%. You’ll find heady, rich aromas of ripe banana, pineapple and honey, with a spicy palate of liquorice, stewed fruit and toffee. A typically Jamaican full-flavoured rum.
