Dancing Sands Barrel Aged Gin
70cl / 48% - New Zealand’s first barrel-aged gin is matured in two types of cask: rum and new French oak, adding sweetness and toasty spice. The gin is made with botanicals including manuka, peppercorns and cardamom, adding layers of spice and floral notes, and the overall result is a big-hearted gin with bags of flavour and just enough oak to enrich the inherent spiciness.
