75cl / 12% - The house of Le Chapitre is named after the chapters of monks that used to work the vineyards in Champagne, who are in many ways responsible for the quality and fame of Champagne today. The brut is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir, and is aged 3 years before release. These are vinous champagnes with rich orchard fruits, apple crumble and citrus on the palate. This brut works equally well as an aperitif or with a light meat or fish dish.
