70cl / 46.3% - Distilled in Jalisco in Mexico, this Raicilla is made using Espadin agave, and is cooked in a traditional earthen oven. The nose holds floral notes and herbal aromas, as well as a hint of sweet honey. The palate is soft and sweet, with notes of honey and a rich earthy, smoke which brings out flavours of peaches and red berries.
