Rey Campero Cuishe Mezcal
70cl / 48.8% - Rey Campero – Spanish for King of the Countryside – is a producer based in southern Oaxaca, crafting traditional mezcals. This is made from cuishe – a member of the agave karwinski family – cooked in earth pits before fermentation and then double distilled in copper stills. It\'s a crisp mezcal, with fruity notes and a touch of minerality.
