70cl / 43.8% - A crisp, peppery rum from Arcane, Cane Crush is made with freshly-pressed sugar cane juice and initially distilled in traditional pot stills, before being transported to Cognac where it is distilled in small alembic stills. The palate offers notes of wild herbs, lemon peel, rosemary, orange and lashings of black pepper.
