75cl / 12% - Pierre Legras was born in 1662 in Chouilly the heart of the Cotes des Blancs, 11 generations later Vincent Legras started Pierre Legras Champagne and now owns 10 hectares of land mainly planted with Chardonnay. On the palate there are very pretty notes of citrus fruits – lemon and yuzu – and a mineral finish, a perfect aperitif or Champagne to pair with oysters.
