75cl / 12.5% - A fruity red of the under-appreciated Cabernet Franc varietal, this is made with grapes from organically farmed, 30-50 year old vines. The nose is full of red cherries, sweet plums and some blackcurrant leaf. On the palate, raspberry, plum skin and cranberry come through, with more of that lovely blackcurrant leaf. Delicious and classy.
