70cl / 41% - This is a rum that\'s made like a gin. Portsmouth rehydrate powdered sugar cane juice from Costa Rica, ferment it over a period of weeks and then distil it to create spirit. After this, they macerate elderflower, gorseflower, coriander, sweet orange peel and fresh lime peel in the spirit for 24 hours, then redistill it to create the finished product.
