The \'Jara\' name comes from the gravels that cover the vineyards and provide heat to the vines overnight, as they do in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Pinot Grigio actually has a pinkish skin which, when left in contact with the juice, will leave a pretty pink tinge to the wine. This sparkling wine has delicious notes of cherry, strawberry, peach and delicate white blossoms. The perfect aperitif.
