37.5cl / 43% - An aromatic, fruity eau de vie from Capreolus, made with Bacchus grapes grown at Three Choirs Vineyard and distilled using a bain marie still. Dusty aromas of elderflower, melon, herbaceous nettles and sweet hay fill the nose. The palate offers notes of ripe melon, freshly-cut grass, honeysuckle, rose and ginger.
