There is plenty of tropical fruit on the nose – pineapple, green mango, yellow flowers, golden plum, nutmeg and cinnamon. The palate is ripe and round with hints of lemon custard, mango, pinenuts and candied oranges on the finish. Try this with fish or chicken with a mango salsa.
