70cl / 40% - Burning Barn rum is, endearingly, named after the family\'s barn, which burned down in September 2015 – making it possibly the finest tribute to a barn or shed ever created by man. This catastrophe inspired the Warwickshire-based family, which had long been producing fruit, to turn their talents to spirits and create two rums which reflect the heat and smoke of the barn fire (which was, prophetically, fuelled by sugar). This spiced rum has been designed to have real heat and is blended with hand-
