75cl / 12% - This fourth generation Growers Champagne house is now run by Jacques Picard’s two daughters. This is a wine that uses 100% of reserve wines that have been aged in a ‘solera’ style system to age the reserve wines and more than 20 vintages are part of the blend. This is an intense wine that has youthful notes of apple blossom, grapefruit from the young wine and the lovely dried fruits of older wines.
