75cl / 12% - Giles Dumangin’s family have been farming in the Montagne de Reims for over 300 years. The Champagne is based mainly on Pinot Meunier giving it a beautiful fruity character. Behind sits toasted brioche and orchard fruits with a hint of roasted hazelnuts and with only 2g/litre residual sugar it is dry and fresh on the finish. Try this with roasted prawns or pork chops.
