70cl / 46% - An Irish single malt whiskey from Origin Spirits, Currach has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished for three months in virgin oak casks charred with Atlantic Kombu seaweed. Aromas of toffee, raisins, almond and smoky seaweed fill the nose, followed by notes of roast coffee, salted caramel, dark chocolate, nutty smoke and earthy umami on the palate.
