This rum is from the Versailles single wooden pot still made from Guyanese Green heart wood. On the nose you get notes of burnt butter and popcorn, papaya and green nuts. The palate has a meaty note with hints of dried fruit and spices, this is a whisky lovers rum with its savoury aromas and long length.
