3cl / 58.9% / The Perfect Measure - The Extreme\'s are a range of limited rums from Plantation released each year. This one is distilled in Panama at Alcoholes del Istmo and matured in the tropics for 10 years, before being transported to France where it spent two years in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks and a year in an ex-Champagne cask. The result is aromas of soft spices, black pepper, apricot, oak, grapes and florals, complemented by notes of milk chocolate, hazelnuts, vanilla and lemon throughout the palate.
