Eric Rodez Dosage Zero Grand Cru Champagne
75cl / 12.5% - The Rodez family has been growing grapes in Ambonnay since 1757. Eric trained at Krug for many years and takes his learnings into his own Champagnes, working with wood on the base wines. The Dosage Zero has plenty of rich, ripe fruit but with a backbone of acidity that keeps it fresh and gives a delicious minerality.
