75cl / 12% - This producer is definitely one to watch, founded in 1986 when the family decided to stop selling their grapes to the negociants and started producing themselves. Today it is headed up by brother and sister Adrien and Alice, who have converted to biodynamic production and whose focus is very much on quality. This wine is beautifully elegant and pure with notes of white peach, hazelnut and brioche behind.
