75cl / 13% - Michel and Stéphanie Théron’s top cuvée is a selection from specific parcels and barrels and is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon. It is bottled with low sulphur levels and they are certified organic and biodynamic. On the nose there is beautiful rich fruit, blackberry and plums with a hint of blackcurrant leaf with a lick of toasted oak. The palate is deep and concentrated with round rich tannins and lots of dark berry fruits. If you drink this now decant it or it will keep for 10 plus years.
