70cl / 57.3% / Gordon & MacPhail - A 1988 Tomatin single malt from indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill hogshead for more than three decades before being bottled in January 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of orange zest, desiccated coconut and honeysuckle fill the nose, complemented by notes of marzipan, passion fruit, apple, malt and toasted almonds throughout the palate.
