75cl / 11% - Brokenwood was founded in 1970 by a trio of Sydney based lawers and grew to become one of the Hunter Valley\'s most famous wineries under the careful guidiance of Ian Riggs who retired in 2018. Today it still makes some of the Hunter\'s great wines but this lovely Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the perfect pre dinner sipper. On the nose and palate lemon zest, fresh cut grass, green apple and a zingy fresh finish. Try this with a light fish or vegetarian pasta dish.
