70cl / 43% - A blend of double- and triple-distilled malts from Lambay. This is a joint venture between the Baring family, which owns Lambay island, and the Camus family, which supplies the Cognac casks in which the whisky is finished after four years in ex-bourbon barrels. This is rich and fruity with notes of ripe bananas, ripe berries, coconut and malt.
