75cl / 11% - The family has been producing wine since 1350 making them the oldest winemaking family in the Rheinhessen region. In 2008 they converted the vineyards to organic and biodynamic farming. This is 101 German Riesling with beautiful peach, lime zest and a touch of unripe mango on the nose. On the palate vibrant and fresh with a hint of wet stone and lemon flowers with passion fruit. A perfect wine to pair with goats cheese or fresh seafood.
