3cl / 40% / The Perfect Measure - A Perfect Measure of Santa Teresa single estate rum from Venezuela. It has a rich, honeyed character with notes of chocolate, nuts and buttery biscuits on the palate. Unusually for a rum it has been aged using the solera process: casks of different aged rums are stacked vertically, the oldest (aged around 35 years) at the bottom, and as the distiller draws rum from one cask they top it up with younger liquid from the blend above.
